2004 Resolutions

Resolutions are in Kurdish. Note: Under Resolution No. 21 of 15th October 2002, the Parliament decided to name the 2002-2004 parliamentary cycle the 'transitional term'. Hence the numbering of resolutions in 2004 is continued from 2002 and 2003.

The 2002 to 2004 transitional term of Parliament was a lead-up to the unification of the Erbil and Slemani administrations of the KRG under one administration. For more background, read Parliament's history.
