I warmly congratulate you and all your members, friends and supporters on your successful 14th party congress and on gaining the confidence of the congress members.

I hope that the success of your congress will be an opportunity to pause for reflection and to reorganize your party’s responsibilities. I also hope that it will encourage greater unity and solidarity among all the political parties and forces, and lead to closer relations between the parties so that all speak with one voice and find a common stance on the pivotal, decisive issues.
