Dear Brother Kosrat Rasul Ali, President of the Supreme Political and Interests Council of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan,

I am very saddened to learn of the passing of your dear mother, Zubaida Saeed Omar.

On this sad occasion, I express my heartfelt condolences to you and all your family and loved ones.

I am proud to share in the grief of a great leader of our nation's liberation movement and of the new revolution.

I pray that God gives you all strength and patience in your grief. May dear Mother Zubaida’s soul rest in peace.
