Deputy Speaker Dr. Hemin Hawrami welcomes Faris Issa, Head of KRG Representation in Baghdad

Kurdistan Parliament Deputy Speaker Dr. Hemin Hawrami on 26 October 2022 met with Mr. Faris Issa, Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government Representation in Baghdad.

Deputy Speaker Hawrami and Mr. Issa discussed the political situation in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq and the latest developments in the Iraqi Government formation process.

They stressed the need to resolve issues through dialogue and the Iraqi Constitution.  

Another topic of their meeting was coordination between Kurdistan Region’s institutions, the KRG Representation in Baghdad and Kurdish MPs in the Iraqi Parliament.
