Special committee for election commissioner nominations holds first meeting

On 29 March 2023, the committee assigned with reviewing nominations of election commissioners met for the first time on 29 March 2023.

The special committee decided that they will receive nominations from 5 to 12 April 2023 for new commissioners of the Kurdistan High Election Commission.

The five-member special committee was formed and approved by vote at the Parliament sitting of 15 March 2023.
